Pivot Shipping International provides logistics and supply chain services including ocean freight, air freight, inland transportation, E-Commerce logistics, customs clearance support, and end-to-end shipment coordination for cargo moving from Asia to the United States.
The specific terms, pricing, and conditions governing individual service engagements shall be set forth in separate service agreements, quotes, or booking confirmations issued by the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pivot Shipping International and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, or suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
This limitation applies to, but is not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of business, contracts, or commercial opportunities.
- Loss of or damage to data or information.
- Business interruption or supply chain disruption.
- Customs delays, cargo holds, or regulatory interventions beyond our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event from which the claim arises.
Cargo liability for physical loss or damage during transit is governed by applicable international conventions, carrier tariffs, and the terms of the specific service agreement. We strongly recommend arranging appropriate cargo insurance for all shipments.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pivot Shipping International and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with:

- Inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent cargo declarations or documentation submitted by you.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution Process
Negotiation: Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation within thirty days of written notice.
Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.
Language & Venue: Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Chinese, with the seat of arbitration in Shenzhen, China.
Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
For services involving shipments to or from the United States, certain aspects may also be subject to applicable U.S. federal and state laws and regulations.
Changes to These Terms
Pivot Shipping International reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date on this page.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
If any provision is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pivot Shipping International with respect to your use of the Site.
